I work with teens and young adults navigating life’s big changes and transitions. I aim to support young people in building their confidence and leaning into their unique strengths when things are feeling overwhelming and hard. As a clinician with experience in college and therapeutic school settings, I have a deep understanding of the academic and social pressures that young people face. Whether you are dealing with stress and anxiety, exploring your identity and figuring out who you are, having problems in relationships, or struggling to manage intense emotions, we’ll work together to find tools that help.

I received my undergraduate degree from Hobart & William Smith Colleges and MS in Mental Health Counseling from Suffolk University. I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and integrate practical skill building with a compassionate and strengths-based approach. I am experienced in teaching skills to manage tough emotions in a collaborative and individualized way that helps young people to apply skills in school and at home. Additionally, I work with families to support their child’s skill building and growth, helping families to work together towards lasting change.

I offer both outpatient therapy and individual/parent DBT skills coaching. I am experienced in working with young people who are reluctant to engage in treatment, and aim to support individuals and families to increase connection and improve communication. It is my goal to provide a safe and affirming space for adolescents and adults to work through tough times and build skills and resilience in the process.

I enjoy dance, yoga, and exploring new places. I love to practice self-care by taking mindful walks and spending time outside. I don’t have any pets (though I wish I did) and I love meeting pets in session!
